Rates are based on four people per Villa. There is a charge of $35.00/night for each additional person.
Children 5 and under are no charge. Taxes are not included and are subject to change.
Please note that the infinity pool will close September 30 for the fall and winter seasons. Please note that our infinity pool and hot tub are closed until May 18th, 2012 due to maintenance.
Please note that Painted Boat has a limited dog policy.
Nightly Rentals (1-6 nights)
At the time of booking we charge one night room and tax deposit. A major credit card is required. Painted Boat Resort has a 72 hour cancellation policy on nightly rentals. In the event a guest needs to cancel their reservation, they will receive a full refund of their deposit provided they cancel in advance of 14 days prior to their reserved date of arrival. If the cancellation is within 14 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
Weekly Rentals (7 nights or longer)
At the time of booking we charge 25% deposit. A major credit card is required. Painted Boat Resort has a 14 day cancellation policy on weekly rentals. In the event a guest needs to cancel their reservation, they will receive a full refund of their deposit provided they cancel in advance of 14 days prior to their reserved date of arrival. If the cancellation is within 14 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
