The Painted Boat welcomes you and your family or friends (up to four) to experience life as an owner in the Owner for a Week package. Spend a week in our world-class accommodations as if they were your home away from home! Cook a delicious crab dinner in your own kitchen; we’ll provide four beautiful crabs and the pot and utensils you need (based on availability). Fill your refrigerator for the week with a complimentary gift certificate to the local IGA grocery store. Included is a relaxing boat tour of Pender Harbor, plus a guided historical tour of the resort. The best part? You can use the cost of this package towards becoming a permanent owner.
Please note that these rates are based on double occupancy. For each additional person in a villa, there is an additional charge. For each additional guest who is 17 years of age or older, there is a $50.00 charge per person per day. For additional guests whom are 6-16 years of age, there is a $30.00 charge per person per day. Guests 5 years of age and younger may accompany adult guests at no additional charge. There is a maximum of four adults allowed per villa.
