KEN DELF: Ken Delf is experienced in all facets of real estate acquisition, financing and development. Over the last 20 years he has spearheaded a wide variety of projects in Austin, Texas and Calgary, Alberta. One of his recent and most notable projects is prestigious StonePine, located just west of the Calgary city limits. StonePine is an exclusive enclave of 72 estate homes overlooking Glencoe Golf Course and the Elbow River valley. It is the leading development of its kind with homes ranging in value from $1 million to $4 million. As President of Painted Boat Developments Ltd., Mr. Delf has assembled a proven team of investors and consultants that will guarantee a five star resort.

RONAYE MATTHEW: Ronaye is president of CDC Cohousing Development Consulting and the project manager for Painted Boat Resort Spa & Marina. With close to thirty years experience in the development industry, mainly focused on high quality “boutique” projects, Ronaye brings knowledge and passion to the role of project manager. The location and project vision of Painted Boat have inspired her to purchase a quarter interest, so she is also looking forward to enjoying the serenity!

ARCHITECT

PETER TREUHEIT: From carpenter to contractor, from technologist to teacher, Peter Treuheit has done it all! As the project leader for award-winning Mobius Architecture, Treuheit has an intimate knowledge of local landscape because that’s where he has chosen to live and work. His unique connection to the Sunshine Coast will ensure that the design and construction of Painted Boat Resort Spa & Marina fulfills its ultimate potential.

DANA BRASH: As with the other members of Mobius Architecture, Dana brings a wide range of skills to the project team. She maintains a strong presence as an architectural designer but has also branched into the world of interior design. She has established a solid reputation for herself in the private, business and trade communities as a colour consultant, millwork and furniture designer.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE

PATRICIA CAMPBELL: A partner in a landscape architecture firm DMG, Patricia will lead the landscape team to enhance the naturally spectacular and irreplaceable setting.

SPA DESIGNER

The best consultants have been used, notably Integrated Spa of Canmore Alberta. Key input came from Dr. Amy Rein, owner and operator of Solarice Wellness Center at Whistler. Under the Solarice team we will have a true destination spa. (www.solarice.com).

POOL DESIGNER

BYRON WILSON: The owner and operator of Arcon Rock and Waterscapes, Byron is designing a unique setting for Painted Boat’s waterfront pool and hot tub. Built from manufactured rock, the pool will look like a naturally-created pond set amidst a rock garden setting of annual and perennial flowering shrubs.

CONSULTING ENGINEERS
