Of course! If you wish to enjoy more than 13 weeks there is no reason why you can't purchase 2, 3, or all 4 quarters. When you do not use your condominium you can rest comfortably knowing that it is being carefully managed for you, There is no "mark up" in price for just purchasing one quarter..

What amenities will Painted Boat have?

We are very excited about the amenity package included at Painted Boat. Will I be able to finance my quarter ownership purchase?

Because you have a registered title to your property you can finance it. Depending on individual circumstances terms will vary.

Must I pay GST on my quarter ownership purchase?

If you plan to make Painted Boat your vacation villa available for rent, you can obtain a GST number and defer the GST in order not to pay the tax upon completion. Contact your accountant for details.


Will I be able to place subjects on my offer to purchase at painted Boat?

All offers must be free of any conditions, so subject offers will not be accepted.

Do I have any warranty coverage as an owner at Painted boat?

Absolutely, under the Travelers Insurance Company, you are protected by one of the most comprehensive third party warranties available in North America.


What does the warranty cover?

A 2 Year Material and Labour Warranty. First 12 month’s coverage for any defect in materials and labour. 5 Year Building Envelope Warranty. 10 Year Structural Defects Warranty.
