Two Bedroom with Den and Loft: The master bedroom has one king bed and ensuite bathroom with large soaker tub and separate shower stall. The guest bedroom has one queen bed and separate bathroom; cozy sitting area with queen sofa bed in front of the stone fireplace; open loft with queen sofa bed and cozy den with queen sofa bed. Gourmet kitchen has natural granite countertops and stainless steel appliances; breakfast bar plus formal dining area; balcony or patio with propane BBQ and outdoor furniture.

Rates are based on two adults per suite. There is a charge of $50.00/night for each additional person (17 years+) and $30.00/night for persons aged 6-16 years. Children 5 and under are no charge. Taxes are not included and are subject to change.

Please note that the infinity pool will close September 30 for the fall and winter seasons.

Cancellation Policy

Nightly Rentals (1-6 nights)
At the time of booking we charge one night room and tax deposit. A major credit card is required. Painted Boat Resort has a 14 day cancellation policy on nightly rentals. In the event a guest needs to cancel their reservation, they will receive a full refund of their deposit provided they cancel in advance of 14 days prior to their reserved date of arrival. If the cancellation is within 14 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

Weekly Rentals (7 nights or longer)
At the time of booking we charge 25% deposit. 30 days before the reservation arrival date, we process full payment. A major credit card is required. Painted Boat Resort has a 30 day cancellation policy on weekly rentals. In the event a guest needs to cancel their reservation, they will receive a full refund of their deposit provided they cancel in advance of 30 days prior to their reserved date of arrival. If the cancellation is within 30 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
