Painted Boat Resort & Spa is evolving into a premier Wellness & Rejuvenation Resort, combining accommodations, spa, fitness, and lifestyle programming into one seamless guest experience.

The General Manager will lead this transformation, overseeing operations, financial performance, and program development while building a disciplined, financially sound, and experience-driven organization.

This is not a traditional hotel management role. We are seeking a hands-on leader with strong operational and strategic expertise.
